This semester, the girls will learn How to Get to The Top. But things are off to a bumpy start. Before they know it Beatrice, Annabelle, Mildred, and Dahlia are being washed out to sea in a barrel on their way to The Bottom. Meanwhile, Fay—Known for Not Being Able to Do Anything Right has been blown straight to The Top where she’s having the time of her life. All the girls want to join Fay immediately, but Ms. Rapscott says not so fast: “It can be dangerous to get to The Top too soon.”
