Twenty-five years ago, I dreamed about my holiday bestselling storybook Auntie Claus being created into a three-dimensional world where families could visit at the holidays, walk right inside of the Bing Cherry Hotel, and take an elevator to the North Pole to visit Santa. Back then this was an impossibility – now it’s a reality.
A visualization from my sketches of where Auntie Claus lives incognito in New York City during her off-season from the North Pole. This is the physical launchpad for a spectacular, dimension-shifting journey straight to Penthouse 25C—the North Pole. Don’t forget to bring your mittens!

This is not your usual mall Santa visit and photo with the kids. This is a highly theatrical, immersive experience where guests aren’t just reading the book—they are stepping directly inside the pages to experience it firsthand. This is a story-driven attraction that will leave people spellbound and feeling like they have really visited the Christmasy world of the North Pole.
 
Project Status & Portfolio:
  • A fully realized visual 20-page storyboard package designed for premium spaces is complete for review.
